I have been living at the this apartment complex for about 6 months and we have had new neighbors move in above us that do not respect the people living below them. We have spoken with the new management at the apartment 3 times and this last time they told us its to bad and if its to noisily call the police.

The management and the maintenance staff are very nice and respectful people. They do your repairs in a timely period of time and they keep the grounds in the complex clean. I have lived here for a year and I enjoy living here. The Elliott has 3 shopping centers within 2.8 miles, which is about a 5-minute drive.
The staff is very unprofessional and not understanding at all. I recommend that you look else where for apartments in Concord, NC. Are you looking for an ideal apartment? The amenities the complex offers are that of a country club an you would love entertaining family and friends here.
Parking was very limited if you weren’t home by 6pm, had to prepare for a walk to get to your apartment. Ants are everywhere including the pool once it finally opened. Stayed here for a year and I’m glad it’s over and done with. Would not recommend it to anyone.
